My wife speaks spanish. She grew up in Colombia. She watched the video. It's basically a plug for the gelbvieh breed. The main points were:

* Dual purpose breed from Germany. Beef and milk.
* Usually very big but some are bred more moderately sized.
* Durable
* Adjust well to different climates
* Short coat in summer and they grow a longer coat in winter

I'm sure it was nothing you didn't already know about gelbviehs. Hope that helps.
