Does anyone know what it means when a soybean vine has dried out and has black spots on it and the soybeans in the pod turned black? My neighbor has 25 acres of soybeans he plants for deer and said if i wanted to cut it and feed it to my cattle im welcome to it. Can anyone tell me if that would be ok to do that with the black beans in the pod and black spots on the vines? I don't fool with soybeans so I am not sure if I should do that or not.
