soya waste

can i feed soya waste for my dairy cows? has it any side effects?

I looked around out of curiosity and all I could find was references to ducks and Dr. Chin in Vietnam experimenting with Soya waste as a protien supplement.

When I have a "weird ingredient" Dr. Bledzinger has helped me alot.
He writes the nutrition articles for Cattle Today

Soya is the USDA abbreviated word for the word soybean. Are you referring to soybean waste from a soybean processing plant? Soy hulls are a great source of fiber. Around 8% protien.
