Raw okra? You must have some stink bug DNA
Raw okra is better than cooked. If you get them when they are only an inch long or less you can put them in a salad. Personally, they never make it into the house when I pick them that small.

I'm glad there are so many people that don't like okra. It seems like anything really good always gets expensive, but I doubt that will ever be a problem with okra.

Arkansas has some different ones for sure . Bald Knob , Marked Tree , Pocahontas

SoIL has Pocahontas. Closer to me is Pinch (won't find it on a map) and Bone Gap.

One of Bone Gap's finest went to a Cards game years ago. He had partaken of a little too much of St. Louis most famous export, and disagreed with a call. He ran out on the field to make his point known to the ump, and got promptly carted off to the hoosgow.

So the admitting officer was asking the normal questions, and got to "what's your address". Our hero says "Bone Gap" to which the officer replies "don't fxxx with me boy"!

No.
Okay, except Boullion, and that's only if I need to prep for a colonoscopy.

Cacao - ka-cow
You don't like chocolate?
Chocolate is made from ground cacao seeds and cocoa is processed from cacao.
Baker's chocolates list % cacao to tell you the strength of the chocolate.

You'd probably like a gyro. Pronounce it yer-oh if you don't want to get laughed at.
gyro - I say, yeer-o rhymes with hero (they're pretty good)
merriam webster says ye-ro (modern Greek for turn) from meat turning on a spit

p.s.
Arby's has added gyros to their menu

I pronounce that Oh Hell NO with emphasis on the last syllable.
There is a reason they squat to eat that stuff. Saves time, effort and a trip to the latrine.
So you've tried it and found it disagreeable?
Or in general you just hate Chinese food?

p.s.
Everyone in the photo you posted is seated and not squatting.
