I found this while picking up lunch today not sure what to cook it in though.

I suspect it's only legal to use it in dishes containing 100% natural free range, no preservatives, no hormones, vegetarian dishes. Where the vegetables were allowed to die of old age.
 
Actually, authentic mozzarella was originally made with water buffalo milk.
 
If you can find good fresh tomatoes try caprese salad.

The soft cheese, especially the Cambozola, in the third picture made me drool a little bit. :heart:
