Here are some photos of cows that I took when we AI'd last month. The sun didn't cooperate like I would have liked but you get the jist anyway.

This little lady is an open embryo transplant heifer that will be in the Santa Sale, she has a full sister that will be at Denver. Her sire is VGW Rattler 908 and her dam is a Coppertop daughter out of a Barney cow.

Here is one of the bulls that we have been using on our heifers. So far he is doing a great job. I got to see his dam again this past week and she is quite the cow.

BRG, I like them all. Olson's big female sale is coming up soon, loks like a great offering.

Thanks guys!

Ya the OHR sale is in a few weeks and it is a great offering, and the books are now out. So hopefully the phone lines start to light up!

BRG, if we didn't have Herefords, I'd want a herd of Red Angus like you pictured here. They are good looking cattle.
What kind of grass is in that field?

Thanks Chris,

All the cattle except the bull and heifer calf is standing in Crested Wheat grass

They are in Native grasses and who knows what it is.
