I was up to the pasture on Wednesday, and here are some of the pictures I took.

Thank you all!! We do have wide open spaces here, and that isn't even the widest!!

I'm pretty sure it is Maine Anjou. We bought some cows last fall, and we got 2 calves out of them with the white socks like that, so we are pretty sure that they are sired by a Maine bull.

That is what I was thinking. I think it is safe to say your assumptions are correct.

Yep, and it's a good thing the cows were CHEAP since the buyers are going to discout those calves, and they will be GOOD calves too.
