Found out why the fence was popping, stupid snake! I bet he thought it would be nice to wrap up in those brace wires until he realized he was still on the hot wire.

Untangled him and sat him on the highway hoping it would help bring up a shower.

That is a shame. One of the most gentle snakes. There is a rough green snake and a smooth green snake. I think that is a rough but i would have to check.

Never thought I would be untangling a snake out of a fence, maybe helping a deer or bovine out of one but never removing a snake. I guess it paid off having to handle a few during my education years. I just don't like snakes in general, especially those dang poisonous ones.

I agree Ron it is probably one of the most friendly snakes. I much rather it had been a racer or a poisonous snake.
