CAN SOMEONE CLEAR THIS UP? TO RAISE BEEF AND SELL IT TO SLAUGHTER, DOES IT HAVE TO BETTER REGISTERED WITH.. SAY.. IBBA.. IF IT WAS BRANGUS? OR CAN YOU JUST TAKE THEM TO THE SALE BARN AND IT DON'T MATTER? THANKS ,

Doesn't matter. However, if you go through with the registration, etc., it's much harder to get your money back out of them when sold for slaughter. That's only because you have so much more tied up in them.

Most people that register cattle sell them for breeding stock until they get old or hurt.
