skin disease

I have a very serious skin infection in my herd. I have disposed of forty cattle and I am running out of time. It is a bacteria/fungi spore-like infection that spreads rapidly during the raining season.
I need help desperately. This disease has decimated my herd.

You need a good vet from your part of the world. If its bacteria that's one thing, if it's fungus that's another.

Sorry, it's not a condition I have ever experienced. Like Larry said, contact a local vet or an area vet university. You mentioned disposing , are the animals dieing or are you just removing them from the herd to stop the spread? Are others in the area have similar problems? I hope you can find a cure soon.
