I have 30 white faced tiger stripe cows (with little to no ears). Most I have talked to cross their F1's with an Angus bull. I have the opportunity to buy a double polled, double black simmental bull. How will this cross work on my young cows?

If you are just looking for pounds of calf weaned and your cows can milk heavy enough the Simmenthal bull will work ok. If you are looking for higher quality, i.e. carcass value, the best bet is still a good angus bull. Double black and polled bull could still carry one red gene and one horned gene.

Think that with a Simmental bull even it's a black one you will have better replacement heifers(milk production) than with a Angus bull, everything depends if you're keeping the heifers, if not, I agree that a good Angus bull will be a better choice.

If you like fast growing calves then a Simmental would be a good choice.

what ever you use the cows sound like they have jersey (throwing stripes) and your carcass won't be as good as most cows.
