Simbrah bull calf.... "Chain Link" (Mom's name is "Hot Link" who's mother's name was "Link" b/c she had a perfect white patch in the center of her tail that looked like a white link -- well I suppose more like a peice of PVC pipe) Now the solid red calf will have someone to buddy around with...

Good looking cow and cute calf. I take it that his legs will straighten soon.

I was wondering if anyone would notice or comment. I certainly hope they straighten out

How can it be a Simbrah when the cow looks like a Brangus?

Grandmother of this calf: Simbrah (dam to this one was a straight brahman ; sire to this one was a straight black simmental)
Mother to this calf: Simbrah (mother above X with another straight black simmental)
Calf: Simbrah? (mother above X with red simmental) Forgive me if I called him the wrong thing but that's what I thought he would be called

That's a good looking calf. His legs should surely straighten out, we've had em worse than that and in a couple days they're fine. BTW, I've not seen many Brangus cows with white markings. Looks like a Simbrah to me.
