The Brahman gives them hardiness and Simmental gives them the softness,milk and fleshing. The Brahman is a wonderful milker as well,maybe a little less quantity than the Simmy but equally as high butterfat content. The Simbrah has the ability to be used as a base breed for a terminal sire program.
