Hello, I'm interested in Simbra cattle. How will they do in Thailand , a hot, somewhat tropical environment? what about parasitic problems? How many lbs/kgs. at verios stages can they attain? Any milking ability? Web sites to look for? Thanks so much

Thanks so much We have some Simbrah cattle here in Australia they are excellent milkers their temperament is excellent and they do very well in warm areas as well as the cold area in which we live. The Brahman gives them hardiness and Simmental gives them the softness,milk and fleshing. The Brahman is a wonderful milker as well,maybe a little less quantity than the Simmy but equally as high butterfat content. The Simbrah has the ability to be used as a base breed for a terminal sire program. Best Wishes Colin
