See that’s were your wrong I went in .
If they said you need a mask my response was call the law.
No one ever did and if they had all they could do is ask you to leave. They couldn’t jail you, they couldn’t jail you for not paying a fine.
If I ask you to leave I am in my right to call the law and have you arrested for trespass. No one wants to do that but I would not hesitate to protect my property and my friends, family, and customers. You may be a big old boy but “county” has rooms full of big old boys.

I am so very tired of having self righteousness men try to bully others by refusing to stay back a few measly feet or wear mask. What gives you the that right? Do you refuse to wear a seatbelt and do you refuse to drive sober? Probably not.
Did you know that you are letting the government tell you that you have to wear a seatbelt? Are you going to bow down and only drive somber?
Tell me you will not leave. The right to Personal property is one of our essential freedoms. The right to express ourselves is also one of our essential freedoms. Mouth on !!!

Again the liberal mindset of total compliance, I have yet to see a non mask person start any crap. It’s always the socialist.
I would leave if ask that’s your right. You can not have someone arrested in Texas for trespassing if they comply with the request to leave. Trespassing in Texas is a peculiar law the owner can end up in jail about as fast as the offender.
Secondly I don’t wear a seatbelt as it has nothing to do with safety. It has to do with protecting the inside industry.

You amaze me Burno: , I expected confrontation and name calling but you actually show more self control than that.

You are very right you are not guilty of trespass until you have refused to leave after being ask to leave.

Having worked in mining for over 40 years I have seen two men on separate occasions killed in accidents where seatbelts would have likely saved them from serious injury.

To wear a seatbelt is entirely your choice. This usually does not endanger anyone other than the person going without a seatbelt, but Lord I felt so bad for the wife’s and kids.

When a 20 year old man goes to a drunken frat party the chances of getting COVID and dying from it are probably very slim. When this young man goes home & sees grandma and grandpa he may carry this virus to these people who are not young and able to withstand the disease. I feel terrible for him and his grandparents.

Did he have a right to party? Yea I think he did. Did he have a right to go home? Yes. Should someone have tried to stop this from happening?

Absolutely ......... !!!

Are you trying to provoke a negative reaction?
I hate this disease and I more than hate how it is being used to control people.

I don’t trust government.
I trust common sense and decency , but only as far as it goes.

Thanks for the conversation.
Thanks for your opinion.
Who knows someday we may agree?

No I only expected Burno: to respond differently.
I have to go feed The cows.
We are out of pasture.

You guys figure it all out and I will see if what you have decided is the total solution when I get back.

Proverbs 27:17: “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”

I hope we can someday agree and fight this together.

You might get it if you keep poking.

This is a waste of time .... if all you can do is threaten and try to bully.

I disagree with some of what Burno: says but we agree on many things.

I am not going to change your mind .
You probably will not get me to change my opinion.

Yep, ..... this is a waste of our time.

So let’s talk about the high cost of hay and the need for rain.
At my age I don’t have time to waste.

Is this all a big conspiracy ?
Yes it is.

Is this virus even real?
Who knows , it appears to be very real.

Is this about the danger of Covid-19 or about the election?
Yes it is. Both.

I am going to go spend the biggest part of the day with the cows.
The cows and I get along much better than me and people.

The cows listen.
They never disagree.
But then they never help me made important decisions.

There are no masks it the hay field, no confrontations, only warm sunshine and fresh air.

You all have a great day.

Softball and Baseball start very soon.
I am hoping to sit and watch the games ,
we have had our second shots, without masks and without conflicts.

Who knows it could happen, until something else comes up.
At least we can be with our grandkids.

I suggest you and everybody who has taken the shot to take notice over the next few months and years to see if any issues arise....physical issues.

Over the years I have had a flue shot every year since 1971. Who knows if I had side effects from the vaccine? I have not had the flue since high school in 1969. That is all that i know about that. Hopefully COVID vaccine will prove as effective.

I have been with my grandson at least one or two days every week since this scamdemic began. I've flown to see my granddaughter in Texas 2 times and my wife has flown 5. We eat out multiple times a week and have since the nonsense began. I don't want you to take your mask off on my account just don't ask me to wear one on yours.

Follow the money......Most or some people who die in a car crash have a big life insurance policy that has to be paid out. if you don't die then you are most likely to be maimed or in the hospital for weeks.....your healthcare provider pays or the govt if you have nothing or the hospital gets stuck with the bill....BUT if you have a seatbelt on the odds are you will escape with minor injuries......low cost to anybody. So, the insurance companies, hospitals, healthcare companies and the state makes laws requiring you wear one, because they want you to be 'safe'....and everybody wants to be safe!

I’ve seen several simulations over the years, and sometimes not wearing a seatbelt can harm others if they are in the same car. Bodies can smash into each other if not restrained by the seatbelt. I spoke with an officer once who said he had seen dead bodies where they were thrown against each other within the car, but a seatbelt would have prevented it.

When I was 16 I was broadsided while I was driving a '77 Cutlass (it was a tank!). The drivers side door was pushed past the steering wheel, almost to the middle of the car. The only thing that saved me was not wearing a seatbelt. But, that was clearly before it became a law and statistics prove they most definitely save lives. So I now wear a seat belt - always.

My wife was in a wreck like that too as a teen. she wasn't wearing a seatbelt, and she figures if she was that it would have gotten her killed. She said the responding police officer said that he didn't know how either person survived the wreck. She also believes that in most cases seatbelts do save lives but there are certain situations where they could be a liability.

Totaled two on cows a 69 GTO and a 70 Chevy pickup.
Same road same dark curve.
The all time best was when the cable fell from the sky got wrapped in a tire and went to cutting the truck up 80 model Ford.
Cut the left front fender off and beat the cab in so bad they totaled it. I don’t know if they could ever have gotten that smell out anyway.
