sick calf

I bought some calves at the sale on Friday, took them to the vet. He said one had a cough and vaccinated it. Sunday it died. It was foaming at the mouth, dragging its hind legs, and coughing. Now I have another one that looks like it may die, too. I'm going to get some nuflor today. Is there anything I should know or is there anything else I can do? What is the disease? Thanks! It almost sounds as if the calf had an anaphylactic shock reaction to the vaccine your vet administered.

The calf that is sick now wasn't vaccinated with an antibiotic, though.

Did the vet vaccinate the calf or give it an antibiotic shot?
