sick calf (please help)

My girl calf is 1 and a half months old she has bloody stool that is like water one minute and solid the next and sometimes she acts like she is straining to go poop. She is still eating and drinking but not as well as she was before. Does anybody know what is wrong with her and how to treat it? Thank you
