I was in a store Friday and noticed these huge shrimp that were 7 shrimp per pound. Left the store but the image of these things on my plate made me go back and buy some. Anybody ever cook these before. I need some tips. I'm thinking steaming or sauteeing them with butter and lemon juice but am open to any suggestions. (once I locate my Bubba Gump Cookbook I'll be in bizness!)
