i hope they replaced your gearbox an shaft for free.i bought a brand new mowhawk shredder 12yrs ago.an they didnt service it before it was delivered.an after 10 hours of use the gearbox burnt up.due to not having oil in it.an they was qestioned about the gearbox oil over an over.lucky for me the warrenty was 3yrs.well dealer only wanted to replace the main gearbox.i told him if he did that he could take the shredder an stick it.because he said we didnt know how to run equipment.an he replaced all 3 gearboxes.then 2yrs later.it was doing slow shredding an hitt something.an shattered all the U-joints on the shafts.so i parked that devil.an bought a brush hogg 5yrs later.
