The next day. Cow calved November 2 and she bred back for an end of October calf this year.

I've had ranches and cattle in two states... actually cattle in three.

This has been my best cow (Rosie), pictured at 16 years old, had her 2 more years. Perfect udder, perfect feet, well mannered, didn't eat me out of house and home and made great calves. Herf x Salers





Not twins, that's granddaughter stealing milk (Chroma and Cenci)... I have one daughter from each of those two now (they both got to 14 years old)


this is a great granddaughter (Zecca) with her daughter (Zima) that is now a bred heifer, have high hopes for her, she's a pretty girl with a lot of length.


Here is another of Rosie's granddaughters (Poppy), she's a sweetie, this is her 2nd calf and her first one she did a great job on

Two year old with 140 day old calf. Not saying she's the perfect cow but if she can do this or better 10 more times she would be a candidate for perfect cow in my books.

That's a nice calf... You're right that if she can do it consistently she's a candidate.
