Should I fire my book keeper?

The wonder of this is tha if a belt breaks on your mower, you can refer back to the paperwork and determine why. You can then make informed decissions on how to fix the problem from ever happening in the future. If you determine it is a personel problem you can fire them or in the case of big operations or the government - you can just promote them so people will not be able to see their incompetance.</p></blockquote><p></p>
