Should I buy it ?

I found this on craigslist and looked at it... I definately am not gonna pay 3000 for this this is on the second year. Does anyone know how much it would probably cost to get this fixed approximately ? I just want the tractor to fix it up and resale it but don't want alot of money tied up in it.

I'd give 3 for it in a heartbeat. But good sized cabbed tractors are not easy to find here.
If it runs it's worth what he's asking

Thats alot of work, pull the cab, split the engine, and the rearend?? IMO more work than it's worth if your going to resale it.

Thats what I thought as well... thats alot of work I bet that whole process would be about $2,800 at a minimum. Even if I was gonna keep it I still wouldn't want to go through all that crap. Cabbed tractors aren't hard to find here there a dime a dozen. The smaller midsized tractors with cabs are not very plentiful but 75 + HP there everwhere.

Unless you are doing the wrenching, I think you will be shocked by the labor bill alone on repairing it.

lol I talked to the owner and the bill was so high thats why hes selling it... im walking on that one
