We just had a 2nd calver have a heifer 15 days early. Last year she had a bull 9 days early. We weren't ready for this one, had it out on the pile and it was up and sucked when we saw it. I think next year we will get her up a little earlier

Sounds like a good plan. Now you know, as she has proven twice, she goes a bit short of her projected due-dates.
