Got 9 or 10 if I can get the last one to come in the pen. They'll be 5 or 6 days weaned by the time they sell.

I'll put up a couple pics after I get em penned.

Pasture conditions here are kind of forcing me to sell earlier than I'd like.
its either that or feed em all. And i can't manage that this time..

This rain has helped the calf market tremendously, or so they are saying...
I know the ones who dusted in their wheat are happy. Lots of green around even if it is a bit late.

Wishing you the best. We deliver our contracted steers next week. Think we have a load of heifers sold. Only class that will be on the open market are our bigger Char x heifers.

Nice job. What do they weigh?
They are all mixed up. The 3 bwf bulls are pretty even. As well as 2 heifers. Probly 500ish
The big bwf heifer will be over 600.
Got 2 lil farts that are around 300 or 350

These came from home. Year round calving. That will be corrected this year. Sold the extra bull, and we will tighten that up!
Got the other place straight last year.
The majority there calved in 30 days this time.

Why still bulls? Thought we had that class a year ago.
Had every intention of banding at weaning.
Didn't work out that way. One is steered.

I need to make more of an effort to band em early!

So far. I have 4 bull calves on the ground out of 16
Got 2 more to go at one place, then I need to get er done. Tho my hereford bull calf will probably remain a bull. I wanna see how he does.
