Selling pork vs Beef

It sure has been a ton easier moving pork than moving beef sides
3 on there way to a cooker tonight.

Those were anywhere from 115-130 lbs and they sold between 150-175 each killed and scalded dressed and the organs they wanted saved for them.

I've bought a couple 4H pigs. Bought live, killed, wrapped comes out to about $1.70/lb. Best bacon I've ever had, too.
 
That price sure is inexpensive enough. Lots of folks around here, selling live weaners for $100.00 an up. A pig like what you have in the freezer would go for almost $200.00 or more.

My input costs are pretty low so I try to have a great price and move more of them.
