Scours and pneumonia in calves

I had a couple of calves die recently after having bad cases of scours and pneumonia. We had them in a temporary pen in our backyard since we were bottle feeding them and (thankfully) keeping away from other animals. We want to start using this area again for other animals but we know it needs to be sanitized. What is the best way to do this? Our budget is limited.

If they had a run in shed shovel it out good and put lyme down on the floor, let it sit 3 weeks and put animals back in the pen.

You should be able to get some Chlorhexidine Solution at your local feed store.

Clean the area our the best you can, spray it down with a 10% bleach 90% water solution, and lots is Sun shine to dry it.
Can't get much cheaper than that.
