Scalia was one member of the 9 justice SCOTUS which is the judicial part of the 3 forked govt, whose members are decided by appointment, and confirmed by the legislative branch, which is elected, and that means voters, and that means different opinions and that, means the word that is not allowed here.
(ya see just how far down the rabbit hole they are willing to go?)
