Saw an interesting thing today

[Green Creek]

I was looking out the window when I saw a Blue Jay try to land on the icy roof and go skidding off. He came back and finally got situated and then started sipping water droplets coming off one of the shingles. Looked up further and there was another Blue Jay and a Cardinal doing the same thing. Pretty soon the roof was specked with birds sipping droplets.
Beautiful sight on white roof.
