Sample Lease Agreement

Does anyone have a cattle land lease agreement that is simplified and could share with me? I finally made some progress on the land by me to lease and was able to get the owners to agree on a long term lease duration. I tried my USDA office and they don't have anything. I've looked at some online and they are a little more indepth than I feel is needed and they aren't in a format that I can modify.
