Thanks for info. Unfortunately, they are closed till next year. Figured there would be a few around cow town fort Worth but guess not.

Priviate Treaty is that just a fancey name for a private sale?

I don't buy at the weekly sale barn. I figure most of these are culls for some reason or the other...........not all the time but most likely. I sell at certain sale barns mostly at special feeder calf sales (usually a monthly sale). The last couple of years I have sold more private treaty than ever. I sold 11 head private treaty this year. I prefer to buy and sell this way. I get a chance to look over the stock good, I know more of it's history, reputation of the seller etc..

Better GPS or Google that barn to get a map because you would never expect that barn to be where it is just by visual driving. It looks as though you are driving into a residential area.
