If the city folk was gone then our customer base would be gone. They may be dumb but they like a good steak. Could we get ahead just trading between our selves probable not. Some would take advantage and skin a neighbor and not have any qualms about it. What really made my county grow was the rural water systems that are subsidized by government money. As was the rural electric systems and telephone exchanges. Let us wait two or three years and see where we are. Everyone is important in this society. When you take away the food stamps there will go a lot of customers that eat. Most groceries that are operating are in a tight spot at the moment and if you read you will find that to be so.

Boy howdy Hurley , You really think these people will starve to death LOL , What you cant seem to grasp is that when faced with starvation a person is motivated to get a job when he gets a job he has some self worth and when a person has self worth they tend to eat. Grocery stores have been operating with 2% to 3% for years its not going to change that one ioda
