Rubbing problem!!!

My cattle are rubbing themselves raw, around tail and tail heads, and around shoulder areas. I have back poured them in Oct. 2010 and Feb. 2011 with ivomectin. What might be wrong or what do I need to do??? Please help!!!

2 tings come first to mind. Lice or shedding itchy winter hair. I'm leaning towards lice. Pour them again now, that will take care of the problem if it's lice. A while back someone had a mane problem and it couldbe that, but I tend to think of the simple/common problems first.

Either way the pour on should fix the problem.
