RIP - Capital Police Officer Brian Sicknick

Help Support CattleToday:

Hard to believe that a bunch of "motivated misguided somewhat good ole boys" could get as far as they did. Did not involve any surprise attack or high tech or heavy weapons. Talk about being unprepared on the part of the capitol police. Good thing it wasn't an attack by our external enemies who are better trained, better funded and better organized. Something wrong with this picture.
One house member questioned if they didn't have inside help, specifically from
a few capital police members who were sympathetic Trump supporters.
"How did they find my unmarked private office on the 3rd floor?
Yet leave my more accessible, clearly marked public office undisturbed?"

The security let them waltz right in, taking selfies and videoing it
Things that have better security than the Capitol:

Childrens bouncy houses
Norton antivirus
Walmart
Nokia phones
School crosswalks
Elevators with Ray Rice
Movie theaters

With the criminal illegal rioting, assaults and looting over the summer, the right notices that bad people are allowed to break the law without adequate response and rightly claim that we should be a nation of law and order. And claims there is a double standard in this country.

Wonder if people see what they want to see? Wonder if we should all behave based on right and wrong? Wonder if we should enforce our laws equally for everyone - dealing harshly with severe cases and maybe sometimes showing some compassion in minor cases where it seems that might result in the best outcome. Without regard to any classification other than human?
Wonder if 6 out of 10 people could agree on what is right and what is wrong? Or would that decision require a quoted source of an internet search? There is an old book that could be consulted for wisdom. Would we agree on the interpretation?

I need to think about this.

Who does it benefit to let them in and why?
It was the perfect start to justify political persecution of Trump and any one who supports him. Look at the backlash from all the media outlets. Plus, he was starting to spill the beans on both sides. It's another one of those major diversions that always seems to happen at just the right time to keep citizens and politicians from actually having to deal with a real issue.

They attacked his character and any one who supports in him order to suppress their voice.

From a family that was there said they were let in by the police... makes me wonder...hmmm

Number one thing an investigator looks for in developing a suspect for a crime is motive. That's why I ask. If the theory is they were let in who has the most to gain? Why is every event in this country a conspiracy theory? In my opinion it's because any thing to cover the truth is better than the truth. The truth is the entire political system of this country is corrupt and the citizens are tired of being fed BS. What is the root of our anger? People have had enough of problems and no answers and this illusionist side show.

After a lot of thought I think the problem is equality but not among the population but between politicians and the population. Back in the day politicians were just run of the mill people who served their country and fought for what they believe in. Now it is a game of who is the better crook, best liar and best connected. You will not see improvement for the common American again until we figure out a way to get the common American back in office. " Common" sense is what Washington is missing. We don't like kings, we never have that's why we settled here. Now we have for all practical purposes 537 of them. Those that start at the bottom and work their way up know to leave the ladder for the next man or because you may have to go back down and come back up. Those that start at the top don't appreciate how hard the climb is or how far the fall is. Same for those that get carried up and they make those doing the carrying bitter.

Would we agree on the interpretation?

I need to think about this.
2/3 would agree on the very first sentence... In the beginning....
Disagreement would start with the 2nd sentence. And the earth....

With the vast majority falling back on what they were incorrectly taught as children. Skewing their understanding from the very foundation.
By the close of the 7th chapter much of what they understand varies from
slightly wrong to boy did you miss the point and they argue with each other.

Which in turn causes the 1/3 who don't agree with the first sentence to mock
the entire book and the 2/3.

any further comment would be best addressed in a pm

There are videos out showing people on the steps and balcony for a good while with nothing being done to them. Also they show the cops not helping the rioters and things which contributed to the tensions between law enforcement.
I have a family member that was one of those on the steps of the Capitol. He said all was peaceful till the national guard got there and starting shooting pepper spay and the such . That's when the door opened and the police let them in. (my family member didn't go in) However he spoke with a person who did. There were shots after they were let in the Capitol and everyone scrambled. This person and a couple others got into someone's chamber office and shut the door. They saw a refrigerator and looked inside. It was full of beer so the helped themselves till the secret police came in and made them all get on the floor. They were cuffed and escorted outside where they remove the cuffs and lets them go. My family member is as honest as they come..

12 yr veteran Capitol police officer Brian D. Sicknick has died of injuries received during riot in which he was struck with a fire extinguisher by a protester.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has ordered the flags at the US Capital to be flown at half-mast.

Care to update this post with the facts? It was quick to be posted but let's see how fast it is corrected... or does that not fit the narrative?
