rent barn for hay storage

I would like to rent my barn out for hay storage, but have no idea what I should charge. Does anyone know, or does anyone pay to rent a barn for hay storage?
Live in Michigan and have hugh barn with two hay lofts; I would estimate it could store 8,000-10,000 square bales, and larger round bales in the middle of the barn-which is a cement floor. I also have an old corn crib that could store 50-100 round bales.

I also live in southern michigan, where are you located? I was thinking more around .25 per bale, I thought that might be high. How long have you been paying .50 per bale? Do you store any round bales? Thanks for the reply!
