Reg Angus Bull opinions?

I can buy this bull private sale. His reg# is 20634538. His epds look like he can make some good steaks. My buddy the breeder thinks he may be marketable. I want a clean up bull that will make good beef . What do you guys think ? His dam is a full sister to the ABS bull TAR Dominance and his sire is SEO Ultra Provider , his sires semen is $100 each. On the bell curve I'd say he stacks up pretty well. If I wanted calves to make into steers he'd do fine.

Top 10% MW and MH. I think his daughters would make good carcass and should go to the feedlot right along with their brothers. Could be a good cleanup bull, especially if retaining ownership on the calves as feeders.
