have a 5 year old angus cross about 5 months bred only had her about 2 months no history has red bubble coming out anus noticed when she has getting up then it just went back inside and looked normal no blood or fluids have seen something red there before at a distance was not sure hemmoroids?? i am in so oklahoma thanks for the help br

Are you sure it's her rectum and not her vagina? We've been fortunate that in 50 years we've never had a prolapsed rectum but have had a few vaninals. The vaginal deal isn't all that unusual in heavy bred cows that are a little over conditioned. We've had cows over the years that did it but once they calved the never prolapsed and didn;t do it in subsequent years.

long as it goes back in she should be alright, if it stays out vet can fix it

heavy bred cows can "red Ball" we call it when lying or getting up and they strain , at 5 months you shouldnt see it . it usually goes right back as soon as they stand .
