What numbers do you like to see for a heifer bull?

We don;t have a hard and fast number. Below breed average for BW and above breed average for CED. The 2 that we use on heifers have BW of -5.1 and 0.0 with CED of 11 and 6. We've also used one that had a BW of -8.1 and a CED of 20. But he isn;t anything we'll use much. Although there is a gent near hear that thinks that his heifers make great cows.

We have a -5 BW +16 CED that we get along great with. We've used bulls up to 0.8 and 4, but I would prefer at least a -2.5 +9.
