Quicke/Bush Hog Relationship

I was looking for some parts for a Quicke loader online and noticed when I typed the part numbers into Google they came back as Bush Hog part numbers. When you look at BH's website, they list Quicke loaders and I don't see the BH branded loaders anymore. Have the 2 companies merged or has one acquired the other? BH the North American distributor for Quicke, or what?
