Quick easy cure for fence jumper ?

We run electric fence. I had a jumper and I put a chain around her neck, bolted, with a piece about 2 feet hanging down. Then I offered her some grain (I was holding up in the air) on the other side of the electric fence. Bad me!! Never jumped again.

I have one that will jump a 6 foot fence if you put her in the corral. I put a hot wire around the top and left it on for about 2 months and then turned it off. I noticed the she checked it a couple of time the first week, but since then I've turned it off and she good.

What is a "dark cutter"? I've never heard that term before.

dark cutter, caused from stress not necessarily due to being flighty or nervous. but thats some of it . its a reduction in muscle glycogen. makes the meat dryer, tougher, and has a dark color.
