Pylemia

My friend's calf just died, and the vet said it was from pylemia......he would like to know what that is!??? Thanks.

Besides the great folks on this board, my next favorite is to 'copy' and 'paste' words and terms that I don't know..so I can learn. But pylemia brings zero results on the cattle health search and people deaths on Yahoo. Soooo, what's that? thanks

He spelled it wrong! It is pyemia....blood infection.... Thanks for replying!
