How do Lim-Flex cattle sell in your area?

Uncle ran registered Limo bulls on commercial cattle for years. I bought my first heifers from him and breed them to Angus bull.
Can't complain about the calves.

LimFlex do real good here for the most part. But there's a few, myself included, that still like the straight Limousins better. And like MOST other places, MOST people here want black.

When I was first getting started, I bought some F1 Aubrac / Limmy cross cows his dad (Charlie) bred. I've also purchased some fullblood Aubrac semen and some purebred embryos from them. Charlie ran Aubrac cattle for many years alongside his Limousin cattle.

Exactly
The first 2 cows are good 3rd one won't win any beauty contests but I have one like that that raises some amazing calves. Bulls are too pinched in the rib

Yes you can use horned bulls if you want and still get a polled calf.

Just remember, the offspring will be polled, but will be carrying the horned gene.
