Some of the prettiest calves I ever saw were out of limousin bulls on Brimmer crossbred cows. They were absolutely the craziest as well. They sold good those I hauled for my neighbor.

Looks like a good place to start. I'd get rid of both bulls and look for something deeper. Don't hesitate to go fullblood and throw numbers out the window when you do. If you can't stand the thought of that Justice has really done a nice job for me on just about anything I used him on.

I wouldn't have bought the bulls, they don't offer anything of value for Limo traits. Heifers and cows look good. I would sell the bulls and put that money towards an exceptional bull of whatever breed - then you have a real good start with your herd.

Pick either what you like to make and stick with it or find out what sells and learn to like it...Ha but hopefully they are one in the same.

Right. Hopefully they are one in the same :tiphat:

We've been using them for years in commercial cows. Sometimes they do get a little spirited!

This is a text that the owner sent me when we first started discussing the deal. Not sure if it will help with any recommendations you may have but here it is just in case.

I started out wanting to produce the best bulls possible for cow/calf producers. I used AI sire Wulfs Ransom for low birth weight and docility. Then I used ROMN Justice for carcass traits and docility, and conformation. ROMN Tow Truck was next because he was a combination of Ransom and Justice. After that I added Wulfs Xcellsior for milk and finally Wulfs Xtractor for growth and carcass.

I bought the bulls to use on my commercial cows. My plan is to AI to better bulls. But I may have to use what I have for a clean up bull. Also contemplating cleaning up with a good Angus Bull. Idk? I'm still in the planning stages and nothing is written in stone. I'm open to any advice.

Well put.
Brahman spirit mixed with Limousine spirit was a little more than I liked.
I am no stranger to high headed girls actually used to enjoy it in my youth.
I wouldn't encourage anyone on that cross.

One neighbor had a Brahmansuin Bull. Not sure that's a breed but that's what we called him. Actually threw absolutely awesome calves but you'd better have a dang good lot to hold him. He was a fool when he was confined.
