public speaking topic help

Trying to help my daughter do research for her speech any and all help appreciated. Topic: What Can Genetic Marker Do for My Herd?

what types of searches has she/you done? i would suggest doing a search here along with ask.com, google.com, msn encarta, msn.com, yahoo.com, bigmamma.com. those are a few of the search engines out there. many more of course. there will be some overlaps of articles, but sometimes you find something new. look thru at least the first 10 pages and put in quotes something you want exact wording in. (i.e. "Genetic Markers" or something like that) also type in AND (i.e. Genetics Markers AND cattle herds) this puts them together and gives yo more options.

Thanks for the help, but mom screwed up. I did the senior topics and she is an intermediate. Her topic has to do with BBU Sales program. We have turned up limited information there. The second topic had to do with EPD's and its value with carcass information. I wish they had more down to Earth topics. She is only 15. Any and all help would be appreciated. We have some info on both topics, but always looking for a good website.

TXCHICK -- have you contacted the Beefmasters breed organization directly and/or their website? When you say "BBU sales program" are you referring to the E6 replacement female "stuff" or the Nolan Ryan related meat marketing "stuff"? Have you checked out his website?
