I started two projects then the prices went crazy, so did not complete. I got the parts almost half off to complete now. They have Ruger 10-22s for $299 as that is the best price I have seen in a while.

Looks to be about right on prices now. Not to long ago using pretty nice parts could build just under $400. Guns are on the way down, now if gas, real estate will follow and everything else. Looking at one of the 300 pistol blackout kits, but still have not decided. That .30 caliber round in a small case is pushing a lot of lead with not a lot of powder behind it. Other than the upper barrel everything else on the AR15 will work

From what I read the 300 is OK out to about 300 yards then drops fast.

Unless you have a need to be quiet using a ar platform and mags the blackout is kinda silly. 556 will do everything better except be quiet
