IMO, most meat animals are herbivores, so horse seems like an obvious meat animal. I have never ate horse or even ever had the chance but I can understand the reason why pepole don't want to eat horse, but cows have done 'service' to humans as long as horses have, yet no one (except PETA people) have a problem eating beef. If cow is beef, what is horse called?
