As for the cow herd 3/4 Fleck sim and 1/4 hereford or 1/4 red angus. Deep , long ,very wide from top to base, loose hided just a**kicking good cows. but for show purposes could be cleaner fronted.

Based on your description of the cows, I would look hard at Who Made Who and Dr Who. Both are TH & PHA Free. Again, this idea is based on calves, not pictures. GREAT FRONTS!
Sometimes leg problems, but usually because of Clubby cows.

When we were looking for a show steer a few months back, I saw some pretty awesome looking Dr Who calves. They had some really nice heifers out of him. Nice fronted, soggy built, wide calves. All of them walked good with good structure, but who is to say how many they shipped to the sale barn before I looked.
