I would like to get some information on managing my cattle b/c i am just starting out and would like to know how to get the most out of my Charolais herd, like when to put in the bulls what feed to give them how much etc.

Noone is answering your question, because you are asking WAY too much. Most everything depends on your location, your management (facilities, time available, etc). You should contact your local extension office (under County Cooperative Extension in tel book). Generally you should plan on leaving the bull with the herd for 60 days for optimum management. WHEN you turn him in with the cows depends on when you want to start calving - weather, pasture, your time available to watch, etc. Jeanne
