Posted this elsewhere a couple months ago. Transmission line rebuild, what they did to access through this fence.

Here they have a ROW. They put there own locks on the gates

No ROW per say here. No locks on gates, theirs or mine. In fact just the gate between the shop and the barn that is open 90% of the time. And 2 barb wire gates which I leave closed but there is almost never anything being held by that gate or fence. Just a single phase power line that was installed years ago. Goes up the canyon 5 or 6 miles to one cabin and an old gold mine. Some of these old pole were probably the original poles when rural electric came through.
