Post Leg Syndrome

I took a cow to the vet and was told that the cow had post leg syndrome. I have never heard of this and would like some info on the subject. I know nothing of this. I would like as much info as i can get my hands on as possible.

I've never heard of it, but then again I've only been practicing for 17 years. It could be a really old term, or something the person made up....
