That's good stuff there. PVC for lines going to what looks like a poly water tank. 😄 I assume fiberglass oil tanks.

Some of those wells like that may sell a load a month or a load a year.
Three of the wells are now on timers but the one in the west 80 is still a good producer, not sure about the 5th.

Yeah, exposed PVC is one reason it's so hard to burn the pastures and we have to coordinate with the oil company. But it's also unbelievably rocky around here.

It won't hurt it. Fire guard around their wall and back burn it out from from the fire guard. We don't even fire guard a lot of them, we just burn off a black line around them. If they keep the grass sprayed around their equipment it helps a lot. No oil stains either around the wellhead or tanks.

I see you got one, so what do you think? Never used a 3 pt. hitch one but always wondered how they did tracking and following the ground. With the rain you look to have been getting it should pay for itself pretty quick.
I like it! It tracks well. With the rain we've had and the thickness of our hay I'm sure glad I got it. Like you say, should pay for its self quick.

wbvs58 "I had girls that would bring their pet rats in for treatment and invariably they would extricate them from various parts of their underwear."

One night, one of my pet rats escaped. My husband woke me up and Said somethings in bed with us. It was that rat. Somehow she tracked me down at the other end of the house, climbed the covers and got in bed.100_2157.JPG

We had a rat in one of our hay barns last year. I thought it was interesting how it made a pile of Timothy heads and a separate one of clover. I didn't make a pet of it though. lol

Never imagined a rat that couldn't stand for his peas to touch his carrots.

I spent most of the 1980's working for Halliburton services. We did most of the cementing, acidizing and fracking in the north central area of Texas. We lived among those types of wells
